- Information you give us. When you fill out our onboarding form or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, MC and DOT numbers, equipment type, plan interest, preferred lanes and any message you send.
- Onboarding documents. If you become a carrier client, we collect documents such as your W-9, MC authority, certificate of insurance and driver’s license to set up dispatch services.
- Website usage information. Like most websites, our site and its analytics and security tools may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies.
How we use your information
- To contact you about dispatch services and respond to your questions
- To onboard you as a carrier and set you up with brokers and shippers
- To book loads, send rate confirmations and invoice our dispatch fees
- To keep our website secure and understand how it’s used
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide our services, for example with brokers and shippers when setting you up on a load, with service providers that host our website and email, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing business@ten4-connect.com. You can also set your browser to block cookies.
Children’s privacy
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
