Truck dispatch questions, answered
Still have a question? Call (470) 714-4986 and talk to a dispatcher.
What does a truck dispatch service do?
A dispatch service connects carriers, whether owner-operators or fleets, with brokers and shippers. We handle load searching, rate negotiation, paperwork and communication so you can focus on driving.
How much does truck dispatching cost?
Our dispatch fees are a percentage of each load’s gross: 5–7% for Basic, 8–10% for Standard and 10–12% for Premium. We also offer fixed weekly fee options, so you can pick what fits your business.
Do I need my own MC authority?
Yes. Carriers need an active MC authority, a DOT number and up-to-date insurance to work with us. If you’re new, we can guide you through the setup paperwork.
Do you dispatch box trucks, semis and hotshots?
Yes. We dispatch 26 ft box trucks, semis (dry van, reefer and flatbed) and hotshot units. Every plan works with every equipment type.
How do I get started?
Complete our carrier-dispatcher agreement and send your W-9, MC authority, certificate of insurance and driver’s license. Once you’re onboarded, we start booking loads for you.
Who gets paid, me or the dispatcher?
You do. The broker or shipper always pays the carrier directly. Our dispatch fee is invoiced separately, so your money stays in your control.
What if I don’t like a load you find?
You’re never forced to take a load. We confirm every load with you first and only book it when you agree.
Do you offer 24/7 dispatch support?
Yes. On the Standard and Premium plans, our team is available 24/7 for communication, updates and urgent issues.
